Greedy little girls...

It is that time of year around our house, gardens flourish and the dehydrators run around the clock so we can keep my daughter (the vegetarian) supplied with snacks.  Meg and Polly never are sure what is going IN the dehydrator unless I drop a piece while loading the trays and then they are delighted, if it hits the floor it is fair game, Polly is fastest but Meg doesn't care, she knows we will even the score for her.  We have been through zucchini and tomatoes.  This morning they stood guard while I unloaded apple slices and bagged them up, lets just say they got their fair share.  All the goodies don't go to my daughter, we keep enough for treats and the apple bits are perfect for training treats.

I think we have talked about this before but just wondering who else dehydrates and what your pups favorite dehydrated treats are?

In our cheapo dehydrator we make sweet potato chews.  Gav loves them.

I've bought dehydrated treats from Simply Nourish. They had apple and sweet potatoes. I couldn't tell you if my dogs enjoyed them any more than any other treat but they gobbled them up. I wouldn't do tomatoes though, dogs aren't supposed ingest those!
