You started off as such a black little puppy.  I always wanted a shinny black puppy.  13 years later, and a whole lot of gray fur, you still are the sweetest puppy anyone could ever want.   We love you.  There is a steak in the fridge for you tonight.

Spud, You would have to be a FOOL to believe you are 13 years old. I think you are just a youngster. I sometimes get gray hair too, but then I have that taken care of really quickly. Happy April Fools Day!!!

I was SO HAPPY to find someone that was embracing their gray too - lol!  I'm getting a lot of flack for letting mine go at my age (54 in June).  LMAO!  Ya got me good!

That black pup would never be so curly. Did Spud have a perm, too? At 13 I'd have thought he'd be less vain. And dock diving, he has aged well : )
