Harper Could Use Some Help!!!

Some of you may remember my last foster Harper, she had a ectopic ureter.  Well after being adopted Harper received the surgery needed and is still healing.  But for reasons that are not her fault.  Harper is needing assistance in getting transported from DE back to me in IA. 

I have been beating my head against the wall trying to come up with ideas.  Now that the Summer heat is upon us it is making things more challenging.  Looking for ideas on transport.  Thanks
