Heads Out The Window

Do you let your doodles ride with their head out the window? Darwin loves to do this, and he seems to be a lot more antsy when the windows are not down. He is always harnessed in but an still easily reach the window to put his head out. Sometimes I worry that the car will kick a rock up into his face or something, although this has never happened. Do you allow your dog to do this? Do you think it's too risky to be worth it?

Daisy chose not to stick her head out....the option was hers, I would have gotten her Doggles....now I realize I was lucky. She is a nervous Doodle (we can't even open the sun roof in either of our cars).

Yes,Chesney hangs out yhe window!!!! And It's not a good thing.I noticed when he does this he sneezes alot,I think the air goes up his nose and than he'll back down and he lays on his pillow with his Lacey girl and they are content.Yes I do think that is risky and never thought about it until you brought it up.I won't leave the windows down as far any more.Thanks
