Sounds like you are a stay-at-home mom and a pet owner to me.  I would recommend that you not get into breeding your pets.  There is so much more that goes into proper breeding and many people here at DK have had to deal with the problems of poor breeding with their doodles. With that said, welcome to DoodleKisses and best of luck with your upcoming puppies.  They may be just perfect, but you should not be selling them as goldendoodles.

Amen! It is not that we do not like those adorable doodle puppies but if you look around at other discussions you will understand how many of us feel about non reputable breeders having them and selling them as goldendoodles. But with that, welcome!

Hi, thank you for the welcome and I understand and appreciate your concern. I was working with a breeder mentor who gave me the horrible advice to wait until after the first litter for testing the mom. I have since realized how horrible this advice was and that he was only in it for the money (I have dropped him as a mentor). I am working hard to do right by this litter and have eye testing on the 30th and am working on getting the rest of the testing done ASAP. Both dame and sire have healthy and fully tested lineages. I would love to be able to share the journey of this litter on this great forum but I completely understand if you would rather me hold off on posting until she is fully health cleared.

I am doing as much research as possible. The puppies will be raised in my home with my family and I am trying to find a local midwoof to help me with her whelping. I do not work outside the home and have plenty of time to devote to this litter.
