CALL The ER VET!!!
I would give him peroxide and make him throw up. I would be too afraid not to. The medication will start to absorb after 30 mins or so in the stomach.
I had to give Hunter peroxide once, it worked.
peroxide  just a little take him outside,,takes about 5 min to work
I'd already be at the ER.
Me Three, and I would have driven with my hazards on the whole way!!!  I think since it was over 30 minutes and no vomiting, they will need to give charcoal to help absorb it out of the system. At least that is what we did with kids and adults who overdosed.
Did you mean 1/2 an hour ago? If so please induce now, better to be safe.
I just went through the need to induce vomiting for a dog 45lbs.  It takes 1 oz of peroxide.  If take a turkey baster it usually is 1 oz or 28ml.  It will work within 15-20 minutes
Please let us know what happened.

What happens if I overdose the pet: Seek emergency veterinary medical treatment. Symptoms of overdose may include vomiting, diarrhea and incoordination in dogs.

THIS IS OFF THE HEARTGARD SITE!!!!

Oh let us know what is going on when you can!!!!! The only thing I want to say about only inducing vomiting at home is, some probably absorbed into his system already and he may need to get some charcoal to absorb it out of his system.

I highly recommend going to the ER with him..

Keeping our toes and paws crossed here.
