How much dry food should I be feeding my 1 year old mini labradoodle. She is 20 lbs and very picky!

I agree that the instructions on the bag are a good starting place. Then just monitor her size and weight, making adjustments if she starts feeling thin or too chunky. Changes in the environment can result in more or less appetite and need for calories too such as cold weather or hot weather and how much exercise she is getting or if she is a high or low energy dog. There should be a thin layer of fat/muscle over her ribs and that's an easy and quick way to monitor her weight. You'll need to dig through her hair if it's long though.:) Have you tried another food, maybe she just doesn't like the one you're feeding her?
Every food is different in terms of calories per cup, so you need to check the feeding guidelines on the bag for her age and weight and use that as a starting point. You might want to join The Food Group here, lots of tips on feeding picky eaters. http://www.doodlekisses.com/group/thefoodgroup
Your vet can calculate her caloric needs very easily--maybe ask them--and then find the caloric content on the bag per cup.
Anybody can calculate her caloric needs, lol, there are tools all over the internet. Here's just one: http://www.dogfoodadvisor.com/dog-feeding-tips/dog-food-calculator/
Start with the recommendations on the bag which is different for each food. Is her weight correct as per the vet? If so, weigh her every couple of weeks at first to see if she has maintained her weight with that serving amount. Increase or decrease accordingly. After you get that nailed down, weigh her monthly.
