It is pretty accurate to double the weight at 4 months--the height is pretty stable after 9 months as Linda said. They do slow down after 6 months though.
29 pounds is pretty heavy for 14 inches--are you measuring her at the highest part of the shoulder? Rio is 19 inches and weighs 35 pounds at 8 months. His brother is 16-17 inches tall and weighs 27 pounds. He will probably end up being about 36 pounds.
I think Rio will end up being about 40 pounds and was 20 pounds at 4 months.
I have kept statistics both of my puppies aged 1 year and 7 months at the moment. They are both standards Australian Labradoodles , so I don`t know if this is useful to you because your puppy expect to be large medium, but some guidelines it will give though. Trassel just turned 1 year and he is almost 24 inches (60,8 cm) and Toffee aged 7 months 22,5 inches (57 cm). Trassel gained height 6-9 months of aged aproximately 2,5 inches per month, but after that the growth became slow and he gained height only 0,5 inches per month. Trassel grows, however, still at this very moment! Toffee`s growth curve appears to be similar to Trassel's Growth curve.
Trassel`s weight increased by 2,2 pounds (1 kg) per week up to 6 months of age and 7 months of age onwards no more than about 1,1 pounds (500 g ) per week up to 8 months of age. 9-12 months of age, he reached a weight only 0,4 pounds (0,2 kg) a week.

For us, this Growth curve was useful for my assessment of the adult size, and in our case, It has Been true. My dogs eat raw food and raw food often slow down the rate of Growth. It should also be taken into account in the assessment that the dogs who eat the kibbles are growing faster.
Huff at 6mos was 65 lbs and at one year he was 85lbs now at two years he is 82lbs.
I think he gained more weight than height. He is pretty tall-ish now.
