It would appear that Jack has totally outgrown his puppy stage. He still likes to play with me, he will romp with other dogs, loves his walks and love his weekly outings!!! More recently I have noticed that he prefers to stay home then go to daycare, he sleeps a lot more then ever. He is totally healthy he just went for a full and complete physical.. so it is just the maturing process from puppy hood to adult hood.

He will sleep all day when I am not home, when I am home and there is nothing going on, he sleeps too. On average I would guess he sleeps 16 or more hours a day..

How many hours a day does your dogs sleep????

Bandit will sleep as much as we let him.  He even sleeps at daycare!!  I guess he will sleep at least 16 hours a day.  Rosey on the other hand probably only sleeps about 8-10....
Darwin sleeps 8-10 hours per night, and naps on and off throughout the day. It amazes me how much he can sleep.
A LOT
Stella, at 10 months, sleeps a lot. She is quite active in the day also. She is a pretty chill girl.
Clover sleeps a lot more than me.
Coco sleeps a lot!! She must sleep 16 hours!!
My two (non doodles) get out of bed in the morning,.....,.... to sleep all day on my bed.!!
They may go from my bed to the lounge... And make an odd security patrol of the premisses.
ALOT!   I swear that Boomer let out a sigh of relief when Monday morning came along.  He was so glad to see me/husband off to work and the kids back to school!   He gets so worn out on the weekends (even when we don't do anything) but his naps are interrupted so I really think he was happy for Mondays to come.  :-)
Ugh, I sometimes WISH Molly would sleep more....she's just so active (but at 5 months old, thats normal...I think).
If we are in the house and just lounging around...she is all over the place, getting all of her toys out of her basket and dragging them from one end of the house to the other...she refuses to lay down with us.
However, I really shouldn't complain because she DOES do great at night...it's like she just has to run run run run run and play play play all day, no naps, and then it's lights out at bed time. She has never-since the day we brought her home-woken up in the middle of the night. So, like I said, I shouldn't complain...as long as she lets me get my sleep in at night...her playing during the day isn't all that bad I suppose.

DH works from home and says the dogs are up from the time we get up (6ish) until after breakfast (8ish), then they nap until their midday walk (noonish), then they go nuts when I come home (6ish) then they follow me around until 8ish. Then they sleep until 10. Then they get nightly walk, then they sleep for 8 hours.

It's a good life for the dogs :)

16-18 hours of sleep a day.  He will sleep all night with me and then when my husband gets home from thirds he will sleep all day with him.  Remington leads my dream life :)

Cocoa sleeps almost all the time, unless she is going for a walk, eating, checking the floor for scraps while we eat, greeting someone or chasing after the kids...
