I love ordering from Jason at www.wildchewz.com!!! He is so good about responding to emails and educating me on what type of chews Hattie needs. He is replacing her last antler free of charge without me even asking! Great customer service!!! The antler in picture is $20.

> Hi Jason,
> It is time for a new antler for Hattie. The time before last the antler was dark colored on the exterior-bluish black and had blood in it. You will remember we emailed about it. The one I ordered after that was white and very dry and brittle. Hattie did chew it some but I took it away because pieces kept breaking off. I will order another if you can assure me you will find her a fresh one again. I know you said it was not possible to tell if it had blood in it but I would think it is obvious if it dried out. Do you have any with the felt still on?

Hi Sandy,
The ones with velvet (felt) can only be obtained by killed animals and and are very soft so we don't buy them. Because you have ordered from us a bunch and had problems with the last antler I am going to send you a replacement at no charge. Last time you ordered a whitetail antler but I am going to send you a mule deer antler, I have been cutting some lately and found they have more blood inside than the whitetail. Hattie might be getting too strong to chew deer antlers and it might be time to try out a elk antler. Deer antlers are generally softer than the elk and with stronger chewing dogs they do not last as long and can break apart. Give the mule deer antler a try and see if it works better for her.
Thanks

So happy.....
Yes, that's a Costco bed. I couldn't find another like it so I got a rectangular one that coordinates, which I like too. Calla was merely brushed. Her bath and significant haircut is yet to come. I'm lucky when I get one doodle done : )
Murph looks gorgeous. Calla who is beginning to resemble a polar bear will have to wait a bit : )
I do appreciate good customer service and I have had great experiences with AntlerPantry. I too have gotten change back from the estimated shipping cost. Last time $2.00. That is rare. I am certain that if I had an issue with an antler she would be as accomodating as Jason.
I do get Elk, they last my two about 6 or more months. I just soaked them last night and they are very soft and I had to vacuum up fragments, but otherwise they have been fine. I have no idea if I have had Deer in the the past, so really can't say which is harder for my guys. Not worried about teeth with antlers as much as I am with some Nylabone products.
Thanks for sharing.
I just ordered 5 anters for Bella's birthday guests this Sat. :)
Really!
I know, I spoil all the grandpups too. But it is really worth it as they all enjoy them for so long.
