I am in hospital - Update 11/1/2016

Wednesday (10/19/2016)I had a partial nephrectomy done by robotic surgery to remove a kidney tumor. Not fun. I am recovering. I will not be released until I my bodily functions have returned to normal.
I was visited by two therapy dogs - they really help.
( I have omitted the gory details).
I am feeling much better but it will take a while until I get back to myself.

I have been home for a week. It is a slow process of healing from the surgery.  I still have pain - gradually getting better (trying to stay off pain pills) and I get tired very quickly.

This afternoon I go for my follow up with the surgeon.
