I am worried!!

Ok Amante has eaten , pooped and peed but he is gagging up mucous. I am really freaking out.  Last time I had a dog and didn't follow my instincts I had a horrible result. I need voices of reason what do I do!!

Amante and I are both much better today! I gave Amante the R-DM last nite he slept like a baby. This morning he had a bit of a cough spree. I did not give him anymore R-DM, yet. Debating if I should give him some tonite.The vet had said that she wanted him to do some coughing.  I want him to get a good nite sleep. I am a firm believer that rest is always the best  when you are ill. He has been his normal adorable, loveable doodle that he has always been so I guess he is feeling fine. I am so glad he is feeling better!!

Glad the R-DM helped Amante get some rest.  Here's hoping you both get a good night's sleep tonight!

That's great news!! I would probably pass on the R-DM unless, like you said, he is unable to sleep well without it. I agree that rest is the most important thing and the R-DM is only addressing the symptoms anyhow.  Thanks for the update, glad you are both better.

Amante is feeling better,but his cough has gotten more productive. He was ok during the night, slept soundly! this morning he sounds like he smoked a pack during the night.

Poor little guy!  From my experience with respiratory tract infections (I used to get bronchitis a lot), productive often means that it's getting a little better.  Glad you could all get some sleep!

Wow, don't know how I missed all this.  It seems that Riley may have a mild dose of KC too.  It sounded like he was choking and at first we thought he had eaten something dangerous.  Small amounts of white frothy stuff  coming up occassionaly but he's still eating and playing happily.  Vet in the morning! with his dad.

Does it sound like he was smoking a pack of cigarettes LOL!!! I thought the choke/gagging was choking/gagging, but that was the cough!!! Now I know!!! Hope he is better soon!! I will check back tomorrow. Message me if you need something!!
