I just knew these were out there: coywolf

[Nothing To Do With Doodles]

I came across this piece Coywolf in the HP Canada addition. Some of you have mentioned running into strange creatures on your walks that may or may not have been coyotes or perhaps wolves. Just maybe they were coywolves. I think my mystery sightings are finally answered as the animals I have seen are larger than a coyote but not nearly as big as a wolf.

The bushy tail is a  dead give away.  Very interesting article.  I still keep my observation on full alert even when I am just driving down my street.

Very interesting, Andrea.  I will certainly be watching the show that airs February 14th or at least, try to find the U.S. station that will carry the documentary.

This just confirms, I really did see and feel what happened to me.  And in reality, Ontario is just 3 hours away. So not that far and not that far fetched now either

Certainly a healthier and more attractive looking animal than the coyotes we have around here.
