Just a short note as we are heart-broken. This morning Thule pushed a slat out of the fence in our back yard and got out of the yard. She was hit by a car and did not make it.
Thule was the purest example of love and happiness in a dog that I have ever seen. I loved her with all my heart and I am crushed now that she is gone. -Clark
I am so, so sorry for both of you. That is all dog lovers greatest fear I think. I will keep you in my prayers and thoughts. Hug your other furbabies, they will know you're sad and will comfort you.
I am so sorry. This happened to me and I have never gotten over it. Yes, time will go by and it may not hurt as much, but you can never forget how much you loved her and how much you miss her and how much it hurt to lose her especially the way you did.
My gardener left our back gate open and before I could catch him, he was hit and literally died in my arms on the way to the hospital. I kept telling him (My Buddy) how much I loved him and he took his last breath in my arms. This took place about 7 years ago and I don't think a day goes by that I don't think of him.
Thule has a precious face and soulful eyes...I know she must have given you a lot of love while she was with you. I know you will never forget her.
My heart sank as I read this sad news...what a tragic loss for all of you. May your wonderful memories of Thule sustain you during this difficult time and remain in your hearts forever.
Please know that your Doodle Kisses family mourns the heartbreaking loss of your sweet Thule along with you.
There is one place in your heart that belongs to Thule.........and always will.
