Someone needs to introduce this man to doodlekisses. My goldendoodle is the most wonderful sweetheart ever. Her personality could not be any better and everyone - even my crazy aunt that hates dogs loves my Luna.

It is the same with a lot of "inventions". How about nuclear energy and GMO? Citizens United? You can't blame the inventor. People are interested in buying these things and that is why they get so popular. Yes, I think goldendoodles are probably better than labradoodles, but who am I to say? People who are willing to pay $2,500 for a dog know what they are getting into (or should). Buying from a puppy mill? We should also know better than that, but to save a few bucks people are willing to do a lot.

I think his mind is already made up...not to worry. Here in the USA we have created some wonderful dogs using champion poodle and lab lines...yes indeed there's are unscrupulous breeders out there and that is a real shame...but I can't think of any breed where that has not happened..why single out doodles? Golden retrievers, labs, poodles, etc can also be overbred, inbred and kept in puppy mills..it is a sad fact.
