It was on the news today about a labradoodle which look like a small lion, because of the haircut.  People in Virginia call 911 saying a lion was loose.  haha

Yes, I saw this on the news also.  I saw the doodle.  It was adorable, and it didn't seem to mind at all that it looked like a lion.  I personally was turned off by it.  I thought that it looked ridiculous!  By the way, the puppy in your picture is adorable!  It looks just like my Bexter when he was that age!  Congratulations!

There have been several videos posted of the dog and even one with mom. The dood has a GREAT personality and is very obedient.

The haircut, while not the most flattering for the breed (let's not be selfish or conceited -- haha) -- seems perfect for his fun-loving, cute, playful attitude about being an Old Dominion University mascot. The Groomer gets an "A" !!!!!! Lion haircut -- Mission accomplished (as seen on NATIONAL TV). ;)
