She truly is a hoot and wants to be in someone's lap at all times.  It was cute at 7 weeks and seven pounds.  At 20 weeks and 40 pounds, it's funny.  As our breeder told us she would be between 45-55 pounds, and she's not even 5 months yet, I am assuming she might fly past that weight.  I can't wait to see how big she gets.  I'm not sure how cute it will be to have a sixty or seventy pound pup laying on me.

If she isn't in a lap, she is whining at whomever is in the room to get down on the floor so she can put her paw on them.  She is happiest if she has some sort of physical contact at all times, even if she is simply leaning up against one of your body parts..

Yesterday I bought her a new bed hoping she would spend less time on the couch.  Her answer to that?  She drags it over to my lap, lays it across my legs and then hops on.  Sigh.

She is smarter than me.

"She drags it over to my lap, lays it across my legs and then hops on." LOL--sounds like Lolli is a good problem solver, too!

I know this made me laugh too.  Lolli is very ingenious.

Lolli is a smart girl!  Trav used to drag his blanket over to me when I was sitting on the floor, drape it over my leg and cuddle up there.  He doesn't do that now, and I miss it!  Enjoy!!

So cute! (sorry but it is) she's a smart cookie to pull it on you and lay down!!

My son had a 120 pound doberman who thought he was his lap dog!  We laughed a lot cuz the dog only did it to him; we knew better. :-}  My son got even with our amusement though by teaching all subsequent dogs to get on the furniture.

How adorable!!

Our lab (who we lost several years ago) used to pull her bed from the front porch across the driveway and position it so he could see down the long driveway hill.  Our doodle pup drags his crate bed wherever he might think is a good spot
