Long lasting chewy treat?

hi there, 

I need to keep my 7month old golden doodle busy and he LOVES chewy treats. His favorite is the beef tendon but he can polish it off in minutes. I was looking for something long lasting other than a bully stick. He has an antler and himalayan stick but he isn't interested. Thanks for your help!

A kong with low fat cream cheese and tiny treats stuffed in it tightly, then frozen.  Lasts about 45 minutes for my dogs

Jaxson also likes cow hooves. You can find some that don't stink.

Mine loved cow hooves, too. But I stop giving it to them when I heard that it can break/splinter and can cause internal punctuation. Does anyone have good information on this..?
