looking for a doodle puppy

My husband and I are looking for a small to medium sized doodle puppy (full grown no bigger than 45 pounds). We would prefer a female as we have a 10 year old male terrier poodle. I am not picky about what type of doodle, just that they have a really loving, friendly temperament. We live in the Boston area and are willing to travel to find a good dog. Does anyone have any breeders they would recommend? Thank you for any information you can send my way!
