**LOST CHOCOLATE MEDIUM ALD IN CORONADO**

My dear friend lost her 3 1/2 year old beloved Diesel while visiting the Hotel Del n Wednesday 7/26 from AZ and unxpected fireworks startled him. He is chipped, tagged and was leashed. Family is offering a reward, naturally heartbroken!

I am so sorry!.  Tell them to find out all shelters in the area, check their websites and actually call them daily. My daughter just found her little dog after 10 days.  She also got out due to fireworks.  Post it on facebook if they haven't already. I volunteer with the DRC in California and if she finds him, perhaps we can help reunite her with him.

Thanks so much Laurie. I'm passing along all these suggestions as they come in but she seems to be on top of things. Her fear is that since he had his leash on he got caught somewhere. But if that's the case hopefully someone will find him soon

No, sadly Nancy there has not been any word despite massive efforts. My friend is exhausted at the end of the day.

WONDERFUL NEWS! Diesel has been FOUND! Her owners are heading to Coronado to be reunited with him today and needless to say shedding tears of joy and gratefulness. He was found on the naval base, looking a bit thinner and matted but otherwise healthy and happy and undoubtedly will be even more so once he sees his family.   Such a happy ending to share! Thanks for the well wishes, prayers and suggestions.  My two will be thrilled to see their little chocolate friend again :-)
