Lovely Doodle in Chattanooga shelter - Outstanding Oscar needs new family!

I frequently see posters looking to adopt/rescue a doodle.  Well, if you are in the South and are wanting to rescue/adopt a doodle, have I got the doodle for you!  I have been to this shelter (I pulled a couple of doods for DRC) and it is a clean, modern facility from which I would be happy to adopt a pet.  I believe the adoption fee is only $50 and the animals are spayed/neutered and have shots - what a deal!!!

 

The shelter is privately run but it does handle animal control for the area.  I could not find on the website that it is a "no-kill" shelter.  I live in Nashville and I might be able to pull the dog from the shelter if I had a home lined up for him.  It would be a 3 hr round-trip for me, but I could probably do it if it would help out.

 

Anyway, take a look at Outstanding Oscar and maybe we can find him a home!

I am very playful and energetic - I love to play ball!  I will even bring it back to you and drop it at your feet so you can throw it again! I love to cuddle and give puppy kisses. I live in chattanooga would would be willing to care for this little man...do we know if he's house trained, good with children and cats?  We've been looking for a doodle to have as a therapy/service dog for our daughter. We would be willing to visit him and foster if needed...we'd like to know his medical information as well...I've heard of many people adopting from mckamey and the dogs being sick and/or aggressive and families are now stuck, unable to return the dogs with major medical and/or aggression issues.

My mom has a poodle/cavalier king charles spaniel mix named Izzy and she is just the sweetest dog ever.  We love her to pieces!  she looks very similar to him, except smaller!  He is too cute!  hope he finds an awesome home soon!
