Labradoodle & Goldendoodle Forum
We have a 15wk old medium goldendoodle. The breeder guessed that he would be about 35-45 lbs when fully grown. Would anyone be willing to share pictures of their dogs that are this size.

How big is your dog now? The breeder was only guessing--but if you double the weight at 16 weeks you are usually within 5 pounds of adult weight--so it the pup is about 20 pounds, you are right on target--here is my 45 pound doodle--the black and white one next to his 50 pound mom--people meet him and think he is a great size--the one in the front is 39 pounds, but has mini-poodle size legs and a lab body!
Jack is a "medium" they said 40-60 lbs
he is 10 months and 70 pounds! lol
go based on the parents weight as well!
Attached is a recent photo of Charlie & Beau at the river. Charlie is 6 yr and considered medium - he runs 38 - 40 lbs. He is almost almost square in length & height of body. Beau is 4 and he is considered a large medium - he is almost 3 inch taller than Charlie and he has longer legs. He weighs 45 -48 In this photo Charlie is a little behind Beau and then Beau sits up straight as a stick, so really looks taller! lbs. They have the same father, but different mothers and Beau's mother was larger boned that Charlie's mom. When we decided to get a second doodle I thought we should go with a mini, but DH wanted a standard - we compromised on a large medium, but I think he could be considered a small standard! LOL
Charlie and Beau are so cute and this is an excellent photo.
cutie pies! luv the pic!
At seven months, he has most of his height, but he may still gain some weight. He probably won't get up to 40-50 pounds, but close to 40 pounds. He sure is a cutie.
