Meg's exercise ball

Meg found my exercise ball in the corner, so I nudged it and she found that quite a challenge.  After kicking it around the house for a bit and deciding not an inside toy...(mom learns fast) we took it out to her yard.  WhooHoo!  She quickly learned that if I don't kick it to make it go she can run at it with her nose down, come up under it and practially toss it over the fence.  She just puts her head down and runs it all over the place.  The fortunate side effect in all of this is I no longer feel like that ball is glowering at me each time I walk past it and don't use it.

Charlie thinks our exercise ball is a toy too.  He pushes it all over the house, chases it down the stairs, barks at it.  It really is a great form of entertainment for him!

Charlie doesn't pop the ball (he is a mini) but what he does is pull out the plug and let the air out.

My doodles loved our exercise ball so much Owen popped it. I got them a ball that is the same size but sturdier and used for horses. They are both scared to death of it. Huh??? I hope Meg enjoys your ball for a long, long time.

You might consider buying a cheap soccer ball, I started doing that with Rosey and she is hooked. She won't pay any attn to tennis or chuck it balls. Now we play with mini soccer balls which is great since you can kick them...you can see her ball in this pic

Lily Grace just barks at mine as she has pushed it into a corner next to a table and cannot figure how to get it out of there. We are in an apartment so I hope she does not figure it out. Too many thing and not enough room.

Judy ~ just saw your post and I love it!  My exercise ball is in the closet and the Gunner Pederson cd is collecting dust.  I love the ball routine, but right now with a new puppy am having trouble getting down on the floor to do it!  Guess I will let the doodles give it a try!  Thanks for the suggestion.
