Messages?

First of all I am enjoying doodle kisses so much....BUT....I do find it hard to navigate. I am getting there slowly,mbut if I explain that I have never understood facebook either, you might understand some of my problems.

The question I have is....is there a 'message to me' section? I had a friend request that came with a lovely message. When I clicked 'accept' the message vanished. I would like to reply, but I am not sure how. I just discovered the message wall this morning whilst looking for my vanished message, but my message was not there. Other messages were though!

Unfortunately, when it comes to the messages sent with a friend request, there is no way to retrieve the message once you've accepted.  It's definitely a flaw :/

You do have an 'inbox' and you can send messages that way and keep track of them all in one place, but friend request messages disappear once you have accepted the request.

Katie, just go to the page of the person who sent the request and leave a comment there or you can send them a message using the inbox tab in the upper right corner of this page.
