metal piece in food

I'm a little mad. I just found a piece of metal in Ollie's food. I took it out so obviously he is fine. But how does this even happen?

I thought Fromm would respond this way and am delighted to hear that they are checking into this so thoroughly.  They really are a great company, aren't they? I appreciate them more now than ever!  Thank you for letting us know!  I hope it was just a fluke thing with one machine an can be fixed soon. I am so glad you caught that!
