Labradoodle & Goldendoodle Forum
If you read Tigger Talks on the blogs, you know that we sent Roo over the Rainbow bridge in early December. It was horribly difficult, but the medicine for his Addison's and the medicine for his congestive heart failure had finally met at impasse and he was slowly drowning. It was a kindness to Roo and difficult to the extreme for Tigger and us.
In January we picked up Murphy, an eight week old female apricot or red ( take your pick)ALD. She is growing into the hole in our hearts. She is so quick to pick up the basic words to live with humans it is incredible. I credit this largely to her incredible training she received by her breeder by eight weeks old.
We are taking her to an ultraclean puppy socialization class so she learns she cannot be as rough with all dogs as Tigger allows her to be.
Puppies for me are worth every bit of work and exasperation because they more than make up for it with the joy and affection they give you. Pat and I are truly smitten. I think Tigger is also.
I attach three photos to introduce our new puppy Murphy. The one with me in the red jacket is just after we picked her up. The other two are at our home.

Congratulations! Murphy is precious. Puppies have a way of healing hearts.
Murphy is adorable and I look forward to meeting her.
Maryann, I am so happy for you. I hope that Murphy becomes your heart dog the way your sweet Roo was. Bless you all. She is completely adorable!
