Labradoodle & Goldendoodle Forum
For the past four days I have been looking after my grand dog Karlos - a 10 pound Coton de Tulear - who Myla tolerates. Karlos does not have his own bed because at home he never uses it, he sleeps on the couch or their bed. Well here he has decided that he prefers to sleep on Myla's favourite bed (luckily she has two and will sleep on the other one instead of making a fuss). Today I noticed that Myla was napping on her bed while Karlos was eating. When Karlos finished eating he walked over and saw that Myla was on it so he turned around and went all the way to the living room window and started barking. Myla of course jumped up to see what was going on outside and as soon as she got to the window, Karlos turned around and ran to the bed and plopped down! He has not left the bed since! So funny!

That is hilarious. Myla needs to get in the game and reclaim her bed...just because.
Myla ~ do not fall for that trick! Karlos is a stinker- but I bet a cute one!
So funny! Karlos is one smart little guy! Feeling sad for poor Myla!
I had a neighbor bring her new rescue dog over for a playdate (inside because of the heat) and had a "bed incident" but not in a good way. The visiting dog wandered into our bedroom and proceeded to pee right in the middle of my doodle's bed which was on the floor next to our bed. I saw it happen! This was not because she had to potty as we had walked them before coming inside....it was clearly a dominance thing!
The owner felt terrible and I assured her that it was not a big deal and it could be washed but....I tossed it and got my girl a nice new bed!! I will be thinking twice before offering my house for inside play again...unless it is a dog I know and trust.
Hilarious!
That is so funny......Karlos is pretty smart!
Fudge does this all the time to Vern and he falls for it every, single time. Some dogs are just too smart :)
