DISCLAIMER: Neither Adina nor Doodle Kisses is liable for your doodle's repeated naughtiness IF you indeed purposely taught your doodle a naughty trick JUST to get him/her into this week's front page Naughty Doodles 2 slide show. Just sayin'...
(ask Ned's Nancy about how Ned learned to "do dishes").
I knew this would come back to haunt me!!!! You will notice we are NOT entered in this week's slide show. Hmmmm guess I couldn't think of a chore we wanted Ned to perform with as much zest as helping with the dishes!
So, this Naughty Doodle slideshow has created a monster. It happened again this morning. I did close the door to the bathroom while I was taking my shower to prevent any more "stolen" undergarment incidents. Then I got in the shower. When I came out the door was open and the "PJs" were gone. Guinness has figured out that if he throws his body against the door hard enough it will open. Yes, the PJ top is now history....bottoms only left intact. Looks like I'll be wearing a Tshirt to bed with these bottoms. I'm assuming because I laughed and took his picture yesterday, he thinks stealing my "nightware" is just fine. I need an alternate plan going forward.
OH, we did the same with Sadie during her first year.....we often found it funny & took pics when she was naughty. She turned 3 yesterday, and has matured enough so that now to engage us (during the few minutes she might not be getting our full attention) she goes and gets things (like eyeglasses, underwear, socks etc.) and she brings it to whomever it belongs to! She sort of walks past and around with our stuff.....just hoping we find her funny-put down what we are doing and alas, pay attention to her!!! So, basically we trained her to "trade" a treat for our belongings intact....err.....I mean.....she trained us!!! smiles~
