Just when I thought I had the perfect doodle, Noah did the naughtiest, most ridiculous thing ever tonight.
I heard him jump off my bed which I thought was really weird because he never uses the dog stairs that I leave out for Sherlock to get onto my bed. I ran into my room and Noah had literally gone pee pee all over my bed. Not only that, but he decided to step all in it and walk all over my bed and pillows before he jumped off. He must be mad about something... perhaps it's because I'm dropping him off to be neutered at 9 a.m.!
I've been debating whether or not to start making the dogs sleep on their own dog bed, and Noah helped me make the decision about an hour ago.
Here's another ridiculous thing Jane, I had a dog before I guess that did not like baths=( After her bath I was making something to eat it looked sooo good I was way passed being hungry right, so just before I sat down she jumped on my couch where i always sit and pooped!!! Can you believe it???? Well I never did eat yuk!!!!
I know that people say that dogs aren't vindicitive, but I have taken her out, right after her bath, let her play and pee and she STILL came in and jumped on my bed and PEED! She just HATES to get a bath!
Oh, no! Fozzy peed on my bed last week! I had just finished making it, lifted him up to give him some lovin' set him on the bed for some belly rubs and @%#%^^! He immediately peed on my comforter! Luckily I was there, so it didn't have time to soak in. Needless to say, I spent that evening at a laundromat!
Also, how is it when Fozzy is at work with me he can hold his pee 3-4 hours, but at home pees all over if he isn't taken out every hour????
Jane, I do not have my Doodle yet, but I think my 5 little doodles are running around in Yorkie clothing. Auggy(only boy) Sassy(only black) Holly and Molly( from same litter) and Dobby (mom of all but Sassy that was given to me over a year ago when thay stopped breeding her). Well Dobby in the last week has been picking fights with Molly ( complete omega). Usually Dobby being nearly 12 years old eats morning, sleeps all day, eats evening, sleeps all night. To add to the odd behavior , yesterday I had cleaned a pillow that they use as a boardwalk between loveseat and couch. With-in a few minutes I saw Dobby on the couch sniffing the pillow and it had been peed on again. I could not believe it was her as you would have to squeeze her to get her to pee in the house. This morning I had the same thing happen in a chair that I have a sheep skin blanket in.Dobby had been in the chair wiggling all over. I had just washed it! Now what could be going on? False heat or pregnancy? Or just Spring fever? It is smaller puddles than a Doodle, but still has to be cleaned. We still love them, almost as unconditionally as they love us. Now if she Poops, that might be a different story! Not really, I love them all. I don't repy to often, but when I do it is a page full. Have a great Doodle Day! Kathy
OOOHHH! I love Naughty Doodle stories!
How on earth could you get everything washed for bed?And your Pillows? Oh man!
Payton(non-doodle) when he was a puppy and I was puppy sitting him (back when DH was just BF) DH came to my apt to pick him up and Payton was so happy he peed all over my bed, and to return that favor about a month later I came over to the house I live it now and Payton was sooo happy to see me... he peed right in front of me at door.Thank goodness that did not last long.
So I understand how your feeling...laughing inside but still mad at the same time.
