New Dog Bed for Winston

[Sherri, Sophie, Winston, & Kitty]

I'd like to get Winston a nice new dog bed. Something that will last a long time but with a cover I can remove and wash. there are so many different kinds and they can be quite pricey so I want to be sure to get the right kind.

 

Any suggestions of what kind to get?  What are some good online spots for dog bed shopping?

OMD! Bella would have this bed in shreds in a day! Metal tubing and all. I am amazed she doesnt eat the bed she has now. I got it at Costco and I think it's a very comfy bed. Every dog we've ever had over goes right to it. And we have MANY doggie visitors here.

We have this bed and both of mine HATE THIS BED!   So sad.  I have place it aside and will donate it to a shelter.  Wish my dogs loved beds.  I say, buy them their very own couch.  That is what we do.

I bet Sophie would like this one a lot. I think Winnie could use something a bit more cushy, like one of those memory foam ones.

A bit more cushy. Yes, Winston sure lucked out when you came into his life...he's gone from a hole in the dirt to a memory foam bed, lol!

I'd wonder if the foam would be warmer than the other type fillings you see in dog beds. I know they are for humans, or so they say.

Warmer might not be so good for dogs. They seem to like cooler.

I like that one. The one above in the picture, I had gotten for Fudge and she hated it. I was going to throw it out and then we got Vern and he is dippy over that bed. He digs on it non-stop and rolls and pumps his legs into the air....very little sleeping, but everything else. It is like his security blanket and the covers are cheap. I had to rearrange my LR the other day and that darn huge bed is a pain to find a spot for, but if I move it, he jumps right on it, like "this bed is not going anywhere." Just like a man...LOL!  Frontgate also has nice dog beds.
