Hi! My little one is just a week old and I still need to pick! Question: Should I get a boy or girl?
Also any suggestions are welcome on what I should get to prepare for the little ones welcome home!

This is the little girl:

This is both the little girl and boy! GIRL (LEFT) BOY (RIGHT)

oh my gosh! so cute!

Do you have a coat preference? The little girl looks like she'll end up curlier than the little boy. I have two -- one girl and one boy. They have different personalities, but similar temperaments. When new people meet them for the first time, they often confuse their genders, which is to say that Wally and Charlotte don't really exhibit any stereotypical male-versus-female behaviors or physical characteristics that are readily apparent. Also, the fact the two puppies seemed calm during your visit, might simply mean that they were exhausted from whatever it was that they were doing before you arrived. For this reason, I would keep in close communication with the breeder and be open to any of the puppies that fit your wish list over the course of the next six weeks or so. And, in terms of what to buy in advance, besides a crate, of course, I would purchase a Snuggle Puppy, pet insurance, and some paper towels!

temperment before sex (in my opinion).

We have a male doodle, we have a female morkie and I have "shared" custody of a female austrailian shepherd who is at my home 2 nights a week.  Go with temperment-

good luck.
