Labradoodle & Goldendoodle Forum

In lieu of a new front page slide show today and in celebration of Spring, Easter, Spring Break and sunshine, I'm starting a theme here in the discussion forum and you can embed photos with as much or as little narrative as you want!

Please share a photo(s) of your doodle(s) on Spring Break Vacation  ... you can narrate and thus be creative and use just about any fitting photo if they haven't ever actually been on spring break ;-)

PLEASE NOTE INSTRUCTIONS for how to include a photo directly in your post:

1) Click on the little black camera icon at the top of the box in which you're typing.
2) Click "Browse" and select the photo off your computer that you want to include.
3) You will then see a bunch of computer gobbledygook that doesn't look like a photo--it is supposed to be there. Pretend each section of computer code is a photo and type around it.  Then just click "add reply" when you're done writing and your photo(s) will appear.
4) DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT click "upload files"

ALSO...if your photos are large files they will be slow to load, so make them smaller first if you can.

Quincy in the flowers is such a special picture.
Spring Break...Mom says no Spring break for us this year because of my baby brother, Murph. She thinks he's not ready..."he's still settling in". I think he "settled in" the first day he got here...that's when he started sleeping in my beds and stealing my toys. He even tried to eat my "home cooking"...I don't think so. So we're not going anywhere, but we're going to have a big Easter (Spring) party here this weekend! Yes, another holiday, and you know what that means. Pictures....getting dressed up...maybe even one of the dreaded bandanas. This morning Mom got the "big purse" out of the closet, so I knew she was going somewhere...probably shopping. When she left she said she would bring us surprises...Murph and I thought "treats". We waited and waited for her to come home. There were no treats in that bag...just something strange. She cornered us, took off our cool St. Patrick's Day collars, and put on these "sissy" bow tie collars. We tried to run away, but she caught us and gave us "treats" as bribes...we knew what she was up to. Then she put us up on the bed. She did that because Murph can't get off the bed. He did jump off the first night he was home during "cuddle time" but my Mom almost had a "heart attack" and he's never done it since. Anyway, that's when we spotted the camera. Murph doesn't really understand about the camera yet, but he does know that he HATES bow ties and other sissy things. So, she took all kinds of pictures of us looking ridiculous. I know she's putting them all here on DK so everyone can laugh at us. Jack's Mom is cool. She puts real "manly" ball playing pictures out for everyone to see. So, please don't laugh at us. The worst part of this whole day is the "stuffed animals". We saw Mom bring them into the house, and Murph and I wanted them really bad. She hid them in the closet and Murph sneaks in there every chance he gets to try to get them out. Well today she brought the animals out of the closet out and put them on the bed. We were soooo happy. Guess what? She only let us have them for the pictures, and then she took them away again. It's okay though, because she'll give them to the "little kids" on Sunday, and we'll steal them away from them. So, here are a couple of the pictures...

Great photo of two handsome doodles despite their finery. What caught my eye though was the bed. White linens. I recently bought brown sheets and pillowcases to match the inevitable paw prints.
Hey, Guinness, you and Murphy look pretty good in those bow ties, I have to admit. At least bowties are for boys.
But here's the thing; she got you with the stuffed animals, man. If you wanna dance with stuff animals, you gotta pay the piperphotographer, you know. Forget the stuffed animals, stick with tennis balls. They can't trick you with tennis balls. You'd know something was up if she put a tennis ball on the bed!
Anyway, my mom says to tell you that she thinks you and Murphy are adorable, and she says to congratulate your mom on the successful April Fool's Day trick she played on you and Murph.... Hey! I'm not saying that!!
Sorry, Guinness! Happy Easter to you & the "little" guy!
How sweet. Ned doesn't like sissy-foo foo and Clancy = well we can already tell there will be no posing from him!!!
This is just too darn cute- I love those bow ties. The duck would be feathers in our house in less than 5 min. Happy Easter. Enjoy!
You have 2 Beautiful doodles =))) I know I should say "Handsome" but I think they are Beautiful..
April showers bring muddy paws at our house!

Cute photo. We had similar looking paws through the March deluges. Looking forward to a few dry days.
Time for a foot bath!! Lilly does the same thing, she looks at you like "why don't you let me in" =)
Doesn't it kill you? The cutest face in the world, but those muddy paws!!!!
LOL and mine!
