Please help me choose the right food

Hi. My new goldendoodle is coming home in 3 weeks, and after reading so much information on dog food I am so confused. We were leaning toward Wellness, but I haven't seen alot of info about it on this website. Can someone please guide me in the right direction? Thanks!

We picked up our puppy GD on November 25th/08 and the breeder gave us a nice big plastic food container with puppy food that the vet had started all ten of the litter on. I kept him on it. He has had no problems-so why mess around with changing it. It is a high end food with NO WHEAT. Apparantely that is important as this is just filler. This one is similar to the Wellness food which I have heard is excellent. I would stick to what the breeder is giving him as long as it is high quality food. If you do change, just be sure that the food company does not use any ingredients from China. Sorry to say, but that is what caused an outbreak last year of very ill dogs in North America. Our food is called "Pro Nature" , it is made in Quebec, Canada, so I doubt you would be able to get it. I live in Canada and it is hard to find here. Make sure you send me pic's of the puppy!
