Please tell Baxter to stop biting my ears....I had to go to the vet today:(

My mommy was worried about my ear cause my baby brother Baxter LOVES to bite my ears and my tail.  One of my ears was bothering me a lot and even though my mom was putting lots of stuff in there it was still pretty red and yucky looking.  Sure enough the vet looked at it and said no ear infection but lots of little bite marks..... I was going to post a picture of it but my mommy said it would be better if everyone just used their imagination.....picture below of me just back from the vet:( 

Baxter went to the vet with me but for some reason he didn't get in trouble for biting me. Everyone just thinks he is so darned cute but I am much more better behaved.  My mom and dad call Baxter the Happy Hooligan!

So Baxter please chew on your antlers and Kongs and all the other stuff good puppies are supposed to be chewing on.......I forgot to tell you that Baxter LOVES mom's sandals.....your big brother Jake:(

OH, poor Jake!  Baxter, you are being a pain in the ears!!  The pictures are so cute, Colleen.  It looks like Baxter has a smirk on his face in the first one.  He has gotten so tall!!

He has gotten tall.  I just can't get over how quickly he has grown. We are all having a ball with him!  He is loved to pieces around here.

Aww Jake, I feel your pain. Except I have a BIG brother who is always chewing on my ears! And he pullls me by the hair on the top of my head. My mom says I will be bald someday from all Murphy's pulling. I don't think he's gonna grow out of it either. my mom uses bitter apple on me sometimes and that helps keep murph off me, but I think he's getting used to the taste now. I guess we are just two irrisistable and delicious doods, and our brothers just love us so much!

I sure hope Baxter doesn't keep doing it forever.  I have a feeling he would love the taste of bitter apple....I won't mention some of the things he puts in his mouth....yuck:)

Jake, Lucy here.  I think you should send that ole Baxter boy here to Ohio and let Sophie have a go at him.  She is constantly chasing me around the yard and holding on to my tail.  She wears me out.  When I stop and lay down, she starts on my ears.  Seriously, right now I'm confined to my cage because I hurt my knee running from her and had to have surgery.  Gotta tell you though, it is actually kinda nice in here.  She isn't allowed in.  My tail and ears have never felt so good!  So, Sophie could use a buddy right now since she doesn't have me to torment, so just send that ole Baxter boy right on up here and let him have a go at her.  Maybe it will teach her a lesson.  Probably after a few days with Sophie he will be much better behaved when he returns since he'll get a taste of his own medicine!  Your doddle friend, Lucy!
