Poop Deck

HELP! This is a picture of my new neighbors deck - it is about 200 yards away from mine. They moved in last month and have 3 dogs - a Yorki, a Bischon and a very cute Polish something or another. Help me to come up with a way to tell her that she must clean up the poop every time, not once or twice a week!
It's still Spring but can you imagine what it will be like in the Summer, OMD. They pee on those fake grass patches but the poop as you can see is everywhere. This is the after a day it was cleaned up. I don't want a feud but what can I do, if she doesn't clean up I am going to have to turn her in. She will know it's me who's complaining as I am the only one close enough to see it.

Seriously and she just bought it, can you imagine? Still, I need help, should I write a note, call her on the phone, yell over the fence - ugh, I really dread this.

Yes, last I read it was resolved.  Thank goodness.  Now, we MUST solve this one.   This is not acceptable.  I don't know if our former solutions would work with this case.

How lazy can you get? It's two steps outside the door and would take a minute to clean. Can they like looking at this. I suggest big bushes.

I have a friend who does this and she is wondering why she can't get her puppy housetrained. Duh! Lucky for me she doesn't live next door.

See it or not...that stuff is gonna stink and draw flies once the heat sets in.  That is a sanitation problem for sure.  Do you have a homeowner's association that you can call and they can notify them that it can cause a fly infestation and also the smell is going to be bad if not already, then soon?  Even the fake grass...dog urine smell is not a great smell either!!!  Something has to be done!!

It looks like they are trying to train the dogs to go on the plastic grass matt and NOT in the planter boxes - LOL!
