The Art of Racing In The Rain

It took me long time to finally read The Art of Racing In The Rain as I knew it would make me cry, but I finally read it, I sat down and read it from cover to cover yesterday. I am glad I had a box of tissues next to me. It was such a bittersweet book. I would like to think that my fur kids are as wise as Enzo.

I absolutely loved this book. Call me crazy but in a strange way it gave me comfort to think that my boys were here for a reason. I k*** the idea of reincarnation. Even though I cried at the end, I enjoyed the book. There are not many books that I would like to read again, this is one.

It was sad but it's one of my favorite books. Enzo was so wise. The time I came home and found the stuffing from Finn's bed all over the kitchen I knew the zebra had been here :) And everytime I try to wash Finn's favorite (ratty) blanket and see his sad eyes I think of Enzo when that guy washed - what was it? His favorite toy. I hear Enzo screaming Noooooooooooooooooooo! The ending disappointed me though.
