Recommended breeders (I'm in Boston)

So many choices, so many places that seem to do solid checks and credentials...wondering if someone might be able to recommend a great experience with a breeder of F1 or multigen (I am looking for something more retriever than poodle, ideally). Mini or medium sized. Preferably New England, so we can see place in person, but I am open to terrific breeders elsewhere, I suppose. Thanks so much in advance.
