Meg is like Teflon, dirt slides off of her, snow does not stick so she can romp forever...Polly is Velcro, dirt, sticks and leaves stay where ever they touch her and don't you know we just had our first snow and it is a doozy, 6 inches and still coming down for most of today and we are supposed to get slammed again on Sunday. Polly got her first taste last night with just the first inch on the ground, she still managed to bring in snowballs on her little feet. This morning for first potty she was happily surprised to find several inches of the fun stuff on the ground, even happier to know it comes in the house with her and she can eat snowballs until we get them cleaned off of her. I am not a huge outdoor person and snow is on my "I hate it" list, on the other hand what could possibly be more fun to watch than two doodles going crazy in the white stuff? Hope you are all handling the weather where ever you are.

I can relate. Casey is my velcro! Glad we aren't having to deal with snow. My poor thin, southern blood doesn't handle snow well! Can't imagine what my doods would do in snow. I know that my dachshunds - with those short legs - sure don't like it. (especially my boys :) something about dragging those tender body parts through the snow!
That brings back a funny memory, we once had a great dane and a mini dachshund at the same time, the dane would go through the snow and the doxie would leap from one dane paw print in the snow to the next, it was funny as all get out to watch.
Hilarious!
Oh so cute!!!
Picco is a velcro. He has snowballs hanging all over him! He had his face covered so much once it scared me. He loves to tunnel in the snow!
I just love your story. I can see those pups playing in the snow by your description. We had two Goldens before our doodles and one was slick and the other one had everything stick to him. Thanks for posting about your two sweeties.
