Sam is Going Home!

Sam found his forever home. He will be picked up tomorrow. They are wonderfully kind people who gave him their hearts and souls the minute they met him. They are committed to seeing him through life, thick and thin, even knowing he likely has some sort of expensive hip or joint condition. It is going to be one of the hardest things ever to say goodbye, but also one of the happiest moments to see him with his new mama and papa. 

Here is a pic of him with his new mama during the home visit. It makes my heart swell to know he is safe and going to a loving home. I am feeling so proud. Rescue is a wonderful thing.
