Holy cow .. Has anybody noticed how much alike our golden doodles are with eachother? Is this normal thing between dog owners. I seriously thought someone stole our dog one day after seeing one on the street. It's amazing!!!

And still it's not enough for ACK to make them an official breed. My mom, who lives back in Slovakia, commented the other day on a dog show that was going on in my home town: "I wish Monty was here, he would have won the whole thing since Slovakia has never seen a dog like that."

Ned and his east coast twin, Duncan.  I can't find the Halloween picture of Duncan but when his owner, Sally, posted it, I did a double take because I couldn't figure out who got Ned into a costume and took a picture.

I just went back and was looking at this discussion and it reminded me "Where the heck did Taylor and Huff ever go".   She didn't go an get herself a boyfriend and desert us here did she?  I don't recall hearing from her in a long time.

I have not seen her around for a very long time. Her sister was on for awhile and she is gone now, too. Gosh, I hope they didn't desert us for those "stupid boys."  LOL

Luna and her redder "twin" Hurley :)  We cheat a bit though since they have the same dad.  Hurley has a bit of a squarer jaw, but their hair growth pattern is identical as far as I can tell.

My australian labradoodle looks a lot like the goldendoodle that goes to the local elementary school with the social worker every day--so sometimes, when I am walking Lyric, the children of the town will run up to her crying out the name of the other dog with their arms ready to hug her--Lyric is not too thrilled with this, as it is a bit overwhelming, so I have to tell them right away that this is not C.C.! My neighboy has a goldendoodle that looks like Lyric too and when she comes into our yard, we have to figure out which one is our dog--so there is a LOT of overlap!
