Spring preview from the frozen North

We are having some unseasonably warm weather up here in Eastern Ontario... and some people like it, but personally I could do with a cold snap!

 

I was wondering why Luna was taking so long outside... so I looked out to find this:

She heard me at the window and soon wanted in.  I had to make some preparations for her grand entrance so she had to wait a little bit.

As you can see, she didn't really want to wait.  To add insult to injury, I had just bathed her earlier in the day because we had been to the dog park!

We still have too much snow to see any mud, but when this snow goes--it's going to be awful! I feel for you! But it is also FUNNY!

She discovered a while ago that she can blow bubbles in her water dish if she sticks her snout in there and blows... I bet that's what she was doing in the mud puddle...

OMD ......... I know exactly what you mean about won't it just freeze again please.  The mud is the worst.  Our girls are getting out this afternoon for the first time in awhile for these very reasons.  I applaud you for being willing to let her outside in this when you had just given her a bath.

Too cute! At least you can see the mischief before you let Luna in.... Louie can sometimes be in the door before I realize his feet are muddy and not just wet!
