Who has Goldendoodles? Who has Labradoodles? Who has other types of Doodles? I'm just curious who has what. Thanks.

In general, the curlier and woolier the coat, the less shedding. And an absence of furnishings almost always means shedding.

Here are Charlotte and Wally, both Australian Labradoodles. Charlotte is three-years old and weighs 24 pounds. Wally is nine-years old and weighs 50 pounds.

Josie is a F1 golden doodle, she's 3 and sheds, she is 50 lbs. Piper the black one is a whoodle-- soft haired weaton terrier crossed with poodle. She just turned 1 last week and doesn't shed and weighs 27 lbs.

Piper couldn't shed if she wanted to, lol. None of the breeds in her mix shed. This is what many people don't understand about labradoodles and goldendoodles; when you have heavily shedding breeds like Goldens and Labs in the mix, all bets about shedding are off. But if you mix two non-shedding breeds, like a Poodle and a Soft-coated Wheaten Terrier, non-shedding pups are guaranteed.

Yes, I was more selective the second time around. I knew that Josie would shed as she's 3/4 retriever, but as soon as we saw her we knew she belonged with us. We of course just love her even with the hair balls. When we saw Piper we feel in love instantly as well and the guarantee of no hair loss is a bonus.

It's great to see all these beautiful doodles and Jenny's chart is awesome. Here's Finnegan. Australian Labradoodle. 5 years old. 50 lbs. Non shedding.  He just got groomed here…so he's soft and fuzzy.  After a few days, his coat goes back to its natural doodle fleece.
