Talk-a-doodle

Does anyone else have a talk-a-doodle?  My ALD talks constantly and my labradoodle did the same.  The goldendoodle never talks.  It is not growling or barking, it is more like mumbling.  Whenever he sees something that he wants to comment about, he starts this mumbling and it sounds more like gargling with marbles in his mouth than anything else.  Is this a labradoodle trait?

Trav is fairly talkative too.  For the most part, his vocalizations are just soft 'reminders' to me.  Tiny whine noises to indicate that he wants a toy from under the couch or off the counter, tiny whine noises if I haven't noticed that he's been sitting by the door, waiting to go outside.  His 'I wanna play' noises are a whole different thing!  He'll grab a toy and come up with a most fierce, loud growling!  It's practically a roar!  Funny hound.  :)
