Teething Help!

[Madeline and Peanut]

Peanut is almost five months old and has begun teething.  He's really not doing too terribly bad as far as chewing on things, but he mostly just seems unsettled and whiney.  We have tried the frozen washcloths and ice and many chew toys, but I just wondered if there was something else!  Also, does the unsettled, whiney behavior seem normal?  Thanks in advance for any advice!!

I never noticed any change in behavior while Ned was teething.

Really. Thanks for the input. I don't know what the deal is with peanut, but he has been just been making little whining noises for the past few days and it feels like it has been constant. I hope it's just teething!,

Maggie didn't do that. Take peanut to a vet. That doesn't sound normal.

This was not normal for us either.  I would call the vet and see what she/he thinks.

Sophie Makes little whiny noises too sometimes and it has nothing to do with teething as she was done with that ages ago. I wouldn't be too concerned but call your vet if you are worried about it.
