Thank you so much for adding me to your forum! We are new Doodle parents and I was very excited to find this page. I've been reading through the discussions and looking through groups and topics while I awaited approval. I look forward to learning and participating. I have had sighthounds for 20+ years. Our Goldendoodle, Beau is 4 months old. We start puppy classes in a few weeks. I hope to do STAR, CGC, Obedience and perhaps agility with him. Thank you again.

Welcome to DK.  My latest puppy is Murphy, she is almost fifteen months old.  She and I have been to classes almost every week simce she came home at 8 weeks.  First, puppy with clean surroundings and other 3-4 month old.  Then obedience, trick, and rally classes.  She has her CGC, but barks like a maniac at the TV when animals or animation is on.  Working on it.  She is excited, not afraid. she also has her Trick 1.  If you have Rally classes near you they are great.  Hope to start working on her (and my) Rally level certificates.

Congratulations!! Well done Murphy & Maryann! We are fairly new to this city... I have seen obedience & agility training nearby but I'll keep looking, there may be rally too. I did obedience many years ago with my Borzoi so I am familiar.... I really dont know a thing about agility but it looks like so much fun. Not sure it will be a good fit for this size dog. Thank you so much for sharing.

Its a great bonding sport for both of us! Dogs need a purpose and I really love the bonding and team work. Sighthounds aren't great at it but we loved the together time. J am seriously looking forward to it with the golden loyalty and poodle brain. He already knows sit, off, down, wait, leave it, watch me.... we're still working on the leash LOL
