The HDA has arrived on Long Island!

Quincy and I got lots and lots of goodies, greetings and of course the coveted HDA medal sent from sunny Florida by HDA Alumnus, Elizabeth and the adorable doodles, Baily and Bruin!  

Quincy knew it was something good, and better yet, something(s) for him! 

He's quite the helper when it comes to opening presents! 

I smell yummy stuff!

PLEASE! CAN I HAVE IT, PLEASE, PLEASE. PLEASE!!!

MINE! 

I WANT THAT, TOO!  and don't forget the Mother Hubbard treats!

Thank you Elizabeth for all the goodies!  Quincy has been having a blast with his tug toy, the Kong Ball (that is really fun!) and his treats.  The DH gets to try out the poop bags (I'm such a good sport) but I will share the Blueberry preserves the the yummy chocolate covered pop corn! Yum!  

It was fun to read through all the prior HDA notes.  The award has certainly made it's way around this country and even over the pond.  

This is such a wonderful group of doodle lovers and I am so pleased to be part of this group!

Thanks to all of my well wishers!  I do love this blog and reading and getting to know all my cyber friends and fellow doodle lovers...I don't contribute all that much advice wise-reason is I am not anywhere near as knowledgeable about most things dog or doodle as so many of our mentors on these pages, but i do try to encourage all the new doodle moms and dads, all the new experiences with these wonderful dogs, most of all enjoy the posts and doodle love.    

Our Quincy boy is so special to DH and me, and we love sharing him with all of you and getting to enjoy all of your love and doodle wisdom as we do so.

DOODLE ON, MY CYBER BUDDIES!   hey maybe after we retire we can get to go on one of those vacations!  I still say that I only want a vacation that I can bring Quincy, but that's another topic.  

P.S. I am in the middle of a trial and need to prepare my examination of a witness for tomorrow....  do I know how to procrastinate or what?

Well guess what, Peterbrooke Chocolate covered pop corn is UNBELIEVABLY delicious.  I hid the rest from the DH!  we also enjoyed the blueberry preserves on our toas this weekend.  of course Quincy is in heaven with his new toys and Old Mother Hubbard treats  thank again !  L&Q

I just saw this and CONGRATULATIONS Lori and Quincy!  Well deserved and your pictures are priceless!  Love the ones of Quincy "investigating" the packages.  These Doodles have a way with packages and gifts, somewhat like their humans!  So happy for the both of you!
