Most pet adoption campaigns make us feel pity for the animals but in this one it was the dogs that did the rescuing. The Human Walking Program took dogs that were up for adoption and let them take office workers for a lunchtime walk.

So cool!  I know that many times I am out walking because the dogs "need a walk".  I know all my neighbors, know the trails at Ft. Ord and Toro Park, know people of all ages BECAUSE of my dogs.  They are the greatest.   And exercise!  My friend got through a terrible foot problem because her dog needed her to be doing agility with him.  Rescue?  You betcha.  Dogs are great at rescuing humans.

I think the posters needed to be more visable too so I broke it and paused the information. Here is what I came up with

One poster read, "Chained to a desk with nothing but a mouse to entertain her! She needs to go walkies" 
Another poster said, " For Nine hours a day, he is kept in a tiny box. He needs to go walkies"
