Labradoodle & Goldendoodle Forum
The stork made a delivery and dropped off this little bundle of love today in San Angelo, Texas. Theo (Theodore Bear) came home to his mom complete with four little paws, a cute little red nose and green eyes and some sharp puppy teeth! He also embodies an exuberant joy of just being alive, pure innocence and trust, and the sweetest puppy breath ever! Theo is a medium Double Doodle. His new big sister Hattie, (Henrietta Bear) is very pleased with her new brother and will be assisting in his training (LOL-more like showing how to bark, beg, and generally cause havoc). Together over the years, the pair will undoubtedly plot against this Doodle Mom in escapades that both exasperate and humor her beyond measure! Welcome home little Theo!
Please see video I uploaded. It was taken two minutes out of the car after a one and half hour drive home. Theo had never touched the ground before. I think it’s fair to say they will be okay together!

Sandy, I am so happy for you! Theo is about the cutest doodle pup I can imagine. What an adorable little guy. Hoping the three of you enjoy many happy years together.
Sandy, I am so happy for you. What a wonderful day for all of you. Congratulations.
Now, gonna go and watch that video!
I am drooling, just want to kiss that little nose.
Congratulations, Sandy! What a precious pup!
Wishing you, Hattie, and Theo many, many years of happiness ahead!
Everyone is so right - Theo is definitely a cutie!! He and Hattie will have such fun together!!!
He is a cutie... can't wait to see his progress as he matures :)
Great news.
Just keep telling yourself it keeps him safe when you have to leave :) Glad you all survived the night. Wow, even the cat. Our cat won't come near my dogs and it has been four years.
I always let sleeping dogs lie :) When he wakes up I would let him see you, but not take him out of the crate until he is quiet. Hope others chime in with more advice.
Glad your first night went so well. It sounds like your bed is filling up! LOL!
I agree with Laurie about the crate. If you want him to ultimately end up being crate trained then you shouldn't give him any attention when he is howling in it. Eventually he will quiet down. I know it is hard to ignore a howling, brokenhearted puppy though :(.... be strong and good luck!
