[Murph and Me]

New to the site. Just wondering if anyone has used the Preventic Tick Collar to deal with the little buggers. Me and the Murph will be hiking in the woods during the summer and even though I'm in NYC a lot of the time I'll be in NJ or upstate NY a lot. I have been checking the net for tick prevention and there is a lot of opinions. I was checking out the preventic collar and while its a "chemical collar", from what I read it seems to do the job for most dogs. If anyone feels like putting their two cents in about it or any other way to keep the ticks at bay much thanks.

I have used the preventic collar for the past two years and I love it.  I have had no problems with tics, thank goodness, and I did with the other stuff.  It works for us...
