This sounds so interesting, will be waiting for an update and some pics (hopefully)
Can't wait to see. Enzo...like the dog in "The Art of Racing in the Rain." Love it!
She did it! She did everything Seth asked of her! Now....whether the pics are good enough is another story.
There was a 9 week old St Bernard, 4 month old pitty mix and a litter of Rescues, maybe 10 weeks old.
The younger pups went first and he spent maybe 5 minutes with each. We were kept outside, so I don't know if they actually swam or what. The pit mix was done in less than 5 minutes...she was clearly not happy/comfortable in the water. Seth came out to meet Enzo.....get this: He said he is partial to GoldenDoodles, as he had one! And had the Tat on his forearm to prove it.
We went into the pool area and He and his Assistant jumped in. LOL...it took Enzo about 3 seconds to follow them in....Seth didn't even have his camera yet. He led her through a few different things, snapping away. Enzo clearly wanted the camera. Yum! Looked very "chewable" ;). We laughed. When Enzo gets tired in our pool, she swims to whomever is closest, and basically climbs into their arms. She did the same with Seth and just sat on his chest/ camera.
He said, she was clearly a confident puppy and comfortable in the water and could they " slide" her in the water. Turns out, sliding , is basically dropping her in the water so her head went under. Sounds awful, but Enzo didn't mind in the least and was slid 4 different times. In all, he spent about 20-25 minutes with Enzo. He then asked if we could stay while Enzo rested up and then try again. We said no problem. About 10 minutes later he came out and said, he reviewed her pics and got some good ones and we could leave. So......not sure if that was good or bad. His Assistant just said he would be in touch. Attaching some pics I took. I wasn't sure how they would feel about me taking pics, so was trying to do it on the sly and quickly...re the blurred photos.
Pics not loading on my Ipad...gotta go dounload on my laptop. BRB!
